The IIOE Competency Framework for the Higher Education Workforce
The IIOE Competency Framework for the Higher Education Workforce (IIOE-CFHEW) demonstrates innovative ICT competencies that proactively respond to current and future challenges for a digital higher education ecosystem. The IIOE-CFHEW provides higher education workers (HEW) with a pathway, a guideline, and a set of tools to support the systematic application and enhancement of ICT capabilities among teaching staff, administrative personnel, and support staff at all levels, and to make adjustments to meet the localized development needs of partner institutions.
