En collaboration avec les parties prenantes internationales, l’UNESCO-ICHEI exerce pleinement ses quatre fonctions principales:(production de connaissances, renforcement des capacités, appui technique et partage d’informations) en développant des programmes de coopération internationale dans le domaine de l’enseignement supérieur à destination des pays en développement. L’objectif est de construire un réseau mondial fondé sur le principe de «large consultation, contribution conjointe et bénéfices partagés».

UNESCO-ICHEI initiated a series of flagship projects aiming to sustainably support the quality and equitable development of higher education, including the digital transformation and the effective integration of AI technology into the higher education system.

UNESCO-ICHEI brings together partners from HEIs, EdTech enterprises, government agencies, and international organisations, creating an international ecosystem that promotes the global digital transformation and AI application in higher education.
